Alfa Laval Streamlines HR processes with UCMS Group Russia

UCMS Group Russia has developed a solid and long lasting partnership with Alfa Laval during the past three years, driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
During the project roll-out, a complete automation of Alfa Laval’s HR processes was carried out to improve process efficiency and reduce operational costs.
«The main reason for choosing  a new HRM-system was the human factor», said Elena Zaguzova, Senior HR Manager at Alfa Laval Potok. « Before automating processes, the quality of our HR data was completely depended on the competencies and accessibility of our staff. So, we needed a powerful and flexible solution with fixed functionality to minimize time lags and wasted HR resources».
