Imre Herczeg joins UCMS Group’s Board of Directors

Imre Herczeg, brings strategic accounting experience to assist UCMS achieve its goal of becoming the leading and most innovative provider of HR, Payroll & Accounting solutions.
Today, 6 May 2010, UCMS Group EMEA (“UCMS”) announced the appointment of Imre Herczeg to its board of directors. Mr. Herczeg, a Hungarian national, has nearly 20 years of experience in the accounting and auditing sector. Mr.Herczeg is co-founder of HeziHold Kft. (a company which was acquired by the UCMS Group in 2008).
Specializing in HR, Payroll & Accounting solutions, UCMS is a leading European provider of Business Process Outsourcing and Software onDemand business solutions. UCMS Group is also one of the market leaders in providing Accounting services in Hungary.
