Poland – yes for outsourcing!

In the latest report Everest Group indicated 5 most mature countries for outsourcing investments. Poland is among these 5 most significant markets and is the only country on the list representing Europe.
This is certainly a great distinction for Poland which until recently has been seen as an emerging market for offshoring investments. Brazil, China, Philippines and India were listed along Poland in the Everest Group’s report “Market Vista Location Heatmap”.
The report includes also emerging markets located in Central and Eastern Europe. Romania was selected as the most dynamically developing market with the highest employment increase in the BPO industry in the region.
