Practice of SSC Opening in Russia

The practice of opening a Shared Services Center (SSC) is increasingly widespread in Russia. Advanced companies choose SSC to minimize costs, optimize business processes and improve enterprise performance as a whole.

If in the early 2000s all the SSCs in Russia could be counted on the fingers, then today there are over a thousand of them.
