RA Expert: UCMS Group is in Russia’s TOP-3 in Payroll and HR outsourcing

According to the results of the annual research of accounting functions’ outsourcing market which is carried out by an authoritative rating agency RA Expert, UCMS Group ranked 3-rd among leading HR and Payroll outsourcing companies on the Russian market as of year-end 2014.

“By virtue of the constant work on improvement of quality of services and customer care, the opening of service centers in regions and the enlargement of partner network, as well as the coordinated work of the whole UCMS Group team, our company manages to retain a leading position on the market of accounting functions’ outsourcing and demonstrate a market-outpacing growth despite the economic instability. RA Expert reports that the growth of the market of accounting functions’ outsourcing likewise of the consulting market as a whole slowed down in 2014 against the backdrop of the crisis in the economy. In the recent years it had amounted to 20-30%, while in 2014 the figure was 10%.

UCMS Group is also included in the list of Russia’s biggest consulting groups, associations and companies and in the list of leading accounting outsourcing companies.
