Saint-Petersburg and Moscow Make the TOP-50 Outsourcing Cities

«Top 100 Outsourcing Cities 2012« report published by Tholons lists 100 leading locations for outsourcing investments globally.
We have a good reason to be proud – Saint-Petersburg and Moscow are placed on the 33rd and 46th positions. Thus, the two Russian capitals were included in the TOP-50 global outsourcing centers.
The ranking can be reviewed on a special map prepared by Tholons company – http://www.tholons.com/TholonsTop100/index.html. The report classifies outsourcing locations into 3 groups: Established, Emerging and Aspiring. There are also locations “On Tholons Radar” which aspire to be included in future reports.
