Siemens Romania use Online Time & Attendance software and Employee Portal

UCMS Group Romania has successfully implemented a software solution for time & attendance and employee portal at Siemens Romania.
Through the Employee Self Service portal, employees can view personal and contractual data. The portal also allows the employees to send online requests for leave and excused absences, which are sent by e-mail to be approved by managers.
Data regarding time & attendance is automatically transferred to the payroll and HR software.
