UCMS Group Russia is named one of Russia’s leading outsourcing service providers in the sphere of HR and payroll.
Expert RA, leading independent rating agency, published the survey of Outsourcing Market in Russia for financial year 2012. UCMS Group Russia has been ranked 2nd and 3rd among the largest HR and payroll outsourcing companies.
According to Expert RA, the growth rate of the outsourcing market was estimated at 23% for 2012. The market is growing steadily third year in a row – in the previous two years the growth rate was 17% and 13%, respectively. Consolidated revenues of all companies surveyed amounted to 5.99 billion rubles in 2012.
