UCMS Group Russia conducted the 2011 customer satisfaction survey.
According to the survey results, 93% of customers would recommend UCMS Group services to their business partners. Of 91% of customers who rated service quality high, 83% said the quality of services was outstanding. Over 96% of customers highly appreciated competences and skills of the UCMS Group’s HR, Accounting & Payroll professionals.
The customer satisfaction survey was conducted among app. 150 customers in accordance with the Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
“The results of the survey demonstrate high quality & reliability of services we offer to our customers”, said Andrey Shabanov, VP Service UCMS Group EMEA. “A survey like this allows us to identify problem areas and fix them quickly through our Quality Management System for BPO services. The increase of the customer satisfaction shows that we have a better understanding of our customers’ needs and expectations.”
