UCMS Group took part in a business workshop  «Bad, good, kind, angry, or how to help the HR do the work», which took place on 27 July in Moscow.

The event was organized by “RDV-Media”.

UCMS Group was presented as a partner of “1C BO” company.

Business workshop began with a presentation of the personnel director of “1C BO” company Elena Vishnyakova. Her presentation was devoted to “Digital interview” theme.

Director of Corporate Accounts of RABOTA.RU Alexander Babenko and business coach, consultant, workshop couching leader of National Research University Higher School of Economics, BLD Coaching&Consulting partner Marina Mikhaylenko also performed in the framework of the business workshop.

The participants of the seminar shared technology to automate the recruiting and assessment tools for candidates, as well as opportunities for coaching to improve the efficiency and accuracy of personnel assessment working with complex atypical jobs.
