UCMS Group announces the launch of a range of services in the field of development of documentation for civil defense and emergencies.

Russian legislation in the field of civil defense and emergency situations prescribes legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to have a set of documents regulating the actions in case of emergencies.

Government decree No. 470 of 19.04.2017 obliges legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to carry out new staff induction training on civil defense and emergencies in the first month after their execution. This requirement became law on 02.05.2017.

During the year, it is necessary to conduct a course of training. Failure to comply with conditions is punishable in the amount of 200 000 rubles (article 20.7 of the code of the Russian Federation).
